leted at least two (2) contracts during the past three (3) years (2011, 2012 and 2103) involving the supply and installation of workstations including – for each contract – at least 1,000 working posts at least 5 separate sites.
B. The Bidder must provide copies of certification by an accredited institution of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 (or substantial equivalent service management standard).
C. The Bidder must document having ready access to at least Euro 100,000 (one hundred thousands) equivalent in liquid assets (bank balances, unencumbered securities, lines of credit etc.)
3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, edition of January 2011, (“Procurement Guidelinesâ€), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
