on from the EPC contractor market in respect of its future requirements relating to the design, fabrication, transportation, installation, hookup, commissioning and startup of facilities for a potential gas development in the Black Sea Neptun Deepwater Block, offshore Romania. The Contracting Entity is seeking suitably experienced and qualified economic operators to participate in the Market Consultation, which will help shape and inform / ground the decisions moving forward with the strategy for execution of the Neptun Deep Project. Please be advised that ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Romania Limited Nassau (Bahamas) Sucursala Bucuresti (“EMEPRL”) is conducting this Market Consultation as the operator of the Neptun Deep Project. This inquiry, as well as other similar inquiries, are a part of EMEPRL’s preparatory activities necessary to evaluate the technical and economic conditions for the project. No decision has yet been made to move forward with the Neptun Deep Project, and a wide range of issues will influence such decision to invest.
