The Contracting Entity is seeking suitably qualified economic operators (contractors) to participate in the Market Sounding, which will help shape and inform / ground the decisions moving forward with the strategy for execution of the Neptun Deep Project. Please be advised that ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Romania Limited Nassau (Bahamas) Sucursala Bucuresti (“EMEPRL”) is conducting this market sounding as the operator of the Neptun Deep Project. This inquiry, as well as other similar inquiries, are a part of EMEPRL’s preparatory activities necessary to evaluate the technical and economic conditions for the project. No decision has yet been made to move forward with the Neptun Deep Project, and a wide range of issues will influence such decision to invest.
