As part of the plan the Paul Hogarth Company was engaged to design abstract sculptural pieces to be placed at four key locations along the canal. These large-scale designs are intended to act as prominent landmarks/signature points. The project is funded by the Just Transition Fund and is subject to a delivery deadline of 31st July 2026 to enable the drawdown of funds.
