ed residential respite service. The service is required to be conveniently located for IHA DNC or IHA DNCW and must provide a 5-bed house, which will meet HIQA standards and will be registered within 4 months of contract agreement. The house must have a minimum of 1 single occupancy apartment adjoining the house, and also 1 wheelchair accessible bedroom included under the 5-bed requirement.
