The sanitation vehicles are central to daily routes and stoppages can have direct consequences for the collection services. There is therefore a need for service providers who can contribute to stable operation, reduced downtime and quick return of vehicles to ordinary operative services. The procurement shall further facilitate for more predictable follow-up of the vehicle fleet and better planning of maintenance and repairs. The framework agreement shall give the contracting authority access to the necessary workshop capacity to handle both planned works and unforeseen events in an efficient and operationally responsible manner.
