sub-contract with a sufficient number of tenderers and products to cover the majority of the users ́needs. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with products from a minimum of two tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders in sub-contracts 1, 12, 16 and 17. Contracts will be signed for the other sub-contracts with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users ́needs.
