This agreement is connected to Halden municipality ́s installations for repairs, improvements and upgrading after water leaks, water and sewage redevelopment services, as well as closely related services and scope. The framework agreement does not exclude the contracting authority from using the services for other purposes. In order to ensure the necessary flexibility in the procurement, a framework agreement will be signed for the execution of mini-competitions. The framework agreement includes investment projects in self-management (water and sewage, roads etc.).
