neering design services for, installation of new installations, disassembly of existing installations, purification of system water, changes and repairs, as well as final inspections and three-year systematic condition inspections of the gas installations. The municipalities intend to enter into a framework agreement with one joint tenderer, who shall join up with an independent inspector (sub-contractor - own legal unit) to carry out final inspections and three-year systematic condition inspections of the gas installations.
