ith approx. 160-200 residential rooms, designed in accordance with the current requirements for quality, patient safety and future needs in the health and welfare sector. The project shall be carried out as a collaboration between Bergen municipality and the seller/developer. This means that the parties shall work together to ensure good technical, functional and economic solutions, as well as an appropriate progress. The interaction model facilitates to use both parties ́ competence early in the process, with the goal of developing a nursing home that gives residents, employees and relatives the best possible offer.
