In January 2024, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) commissioned GIZ to implement the health project 'Health System Strengthening - Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights' (Projet de Renforcement du Système sanitaire et santé de la reproduction et des droits sexuels au Togo, "ProSanté III") in Togo. The project aims to ensure that actors at all levels of the health system, including the municipal level, strengthen the realization of the sexual and reproductive rights of the population. The health project contributes to the goal of the health development plan of the national partner, the Ministry of Health to achieve universal health coverage and gender equality.
