Target group of the support measures is the rural population in Magwi (Eastern Equatoria State) and Yei (Central Equatoria State) Counties (23 Bomas) and in particular small-scale food producers (SSFP), agro-based MSMEs, agricultural cooperatives and vulnerable groups (women, young people, returnees and IDPs). On the basis of the provisions of the German government concerning technical and financial cooperation with South Sudan, the project has no political executing agency and is generally implementing remote from the national government.
