he green business market ecosystem in Jordan is not yet managed in a strategic manner. The green business market is in need for a clear identity and nascent green companies face different barriers in developing their green products and services, access to finance and market penetration. Henceforth, supporting green/circular business, with a focus on SMEs and other green investments to expand their impact and use of the national and regional markets is a clear priority for green economy transition in the private sector. Therefore, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is seeking a contractor to implement the project "Supporting the green and circular business ecosystem in Jordan", which is part of the overall Green Action in Enterprises (GAIN) project. The objective of the GAIN project is that "public and private actors use instruments to promote a Green
