e Energy and Energy Efficiency Programme, PREEEP The BMZ PREEEP Commission, is one of seven commissions under the Energy and Climate programme in Uganda and is financed by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). PREEEP is implemented by GIZ on behalf of German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in cooperation with the Ugandan Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development (MEMD).
