ing Albania’s policies and legislation in line with the EU acquis, and to build administrative capacity of the new railway authorities, bodies and companies established and operational, to implement sector policies and the adopted legislation fully and effectively through support in the following areas: 1. Prioritize and draft the railway legal framework, in line with the EU acquis. 2.
