The Service Provider will have proven experience conducting payment / credit card security program assessments in large, geographical dispersed and complex environments, consistent with applicable payment industry standards and requirements, including but not limited to, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Detailed resumes and valid relevant certifications of the team members expected to work with TAROM on this assessment will be sent for review (including for those involved in the internal quality assurance process); Recommendation letters from previous clients (preferably in the air transport industry) The Service Provider should provide a description of the working procedure, including the steps which would take to achieve the scope of the project and the proposed timetable, the supporting assumptions and the formal communication and status update mechanisms If the Service Provider is currently in or previously was in remediation status with the Payment Card Industry Security Standard Council(PCI SSC), please specify the date, duration and high level cause(s) for the remediation status and QA review 8.
