The bidder must include the following documents in the submitted offer: A certificate issued by the Trade Registry, indicating the company’s business scope, relevant and applicable to this procurement; Annex 3: Declaration regarding compliance with the DNSH principle; Information on the beneficial owner. Failure to submit the required documents and/or failure to comply with the prescribed format for declarations may result in the rejection of the offer.
