The aim of this modular pilot plant is to: • Continuously remove 1-10 kg CO2 h-1 from gas streams of up to 100 Nm3 h-1 containing 3-25 vol % CO2, while circulating 20-500 kg h-1 of solvent. • Operate at solvent temperatures of up to 150 °C and pressures of up to 10 barg. • Provide a configurable heat-integration package to achieve a target desorption energy consumption ≤ 1.7 GJ t-1 CO2. • Consist of small skid-mounted modules that can be interconnected in various ways, allowing phased experimentation and future expansion in throughput or stage count.
