s-Eik (phase 2b). Phase 2a is located in Flemish territory and covers a route of approximately 4 km. Phase 2b is located in Brussels territory and covers a route of approximately 3 km. Bidders are informed that phase 2b (Brussels territory) is an optional part (see below). The assignment consists of one fixed part (phase 2a). Additionally, 1 optional part is added (phase 2b). Fixed part: includes the construction of phase 2a of the bicycle highway F204, from Joseph Kumpsstraat in Hoeilaart to Leemveldstraat in Overijse. The works include, among others: - the demolition of existing pavements and vegetation in the project area; - the construction of a bicycle highway; - the construction of a bicycle bridge over exit 3 of the E411 towards Waver at Maleizen; - the construction of a bicycle bridge over entrance 3 of the E411 towards Waver at Maleizen; - the construction of a bicycle bridge ov
