DG CONNECT is the European Commission’s Directorate General responsible for digital policies. Through its Directorate A “Artificial Intelligence Office”, it is tasked to implement the AI Act and promote the development and use of trustworthy AI. Additionally, it focuses on creating solutions for societal good, while also facilitating the implementation of international AI agreements to contribute to a global approach to AI. The purpose of this call for tenders is to develop and test AI-powered solutions for the benefit of the EU as well as wider communities and third countries.
