echnical support to the Board of Auditors and conduct regular monitoring work. It will consist of a head of the secretariat (‘Executive Director’) and European Commission staff. In addition, it will consist of technical experts with specific profiles adequate to their responsibilities and administrative staff, which both will be financed by this contract.
