mance and charging schemes, the Commission is assisted by the Performance Review Board (PRB) established by Regulation (EU) 2024/2803 on the implementation of the Single European Sky (hereinafter the SES2+ Regulation), which is charged with providing an independent and impartial advice to the Commission in accordance with Article 13 of the SES2+. The PRB consists of seven members, including its Chair, who are appointed by the Commission, in accordance with Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/635 . The PRB is in its function supported by the PRB Secretariat, provided by the Commission to assure the necessary analytical, administrative and technical support to the PRB.
