If citizens are still unable to exercise their rights with the help of 'Your Europe Advice', they are signposted to problem solving services such as SOLVIT. The contractor will be asked to provide practical information on the exercise of rights deriving from EU law in specific circumstances in replying to enquiries submitted by citizens and businesses and will advise and signpost on the next steps to be taken to overcome problems they may encounter in the exercise of those rights.
