Additional description is as follows:This invitation for tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) website, Procurement Notices (www.ebrd.com) on 22.1.2018. The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (\'the Bank\') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:A loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) Project to be financed through EBRD loan proceeds with potential co-financing by Green Energy Special Fund (GESF).The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 15 000 000,00 EUR, will require the procurement of the followi
