. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital - Phase II (Kartal Oncology))Descriere: The Republic of Türkiye will receive a loan from Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) to finance Istanbul Seismic Risk Mitigation and Emergency Preparedness (ISMEP) Project and and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of Two Hospital Building (Prof Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital - Phase II and Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital - Phase II (Kartal Oncology))(CEB5-CB1.1) contract which will be implemented by Istanbul Project Coordination Unit (IPCU). Both hospitals are one of the largest healthcare service providers in terms of bed capacities and provided treatment for inpatients.
