(8 months)The Bid evaluation criteria shall be as following, in decreasing order of importance:Under the condition that the Bidder is qualified for the requirements specified in the Bidding Documents, the lowest evaluated Bid shall be accepted.(a) Financial Capability: The audited financial statements for the past 3 years (including the auditor’s reports, the balance sheets, the profit & loss sheets and the cash flow sheets).
