h-Temperature High-Pressure Biomass CFB Boilers (150t/h), including but not limited to, boiler body-steel framework, steam drum, water cooling wall system, superheat steam system, material saver, air pre-heater, igniter/burner, furnace wall, insulation & guard plate, doors & holes, steam & water pipes, boiler valve accessories, soot and slag cleaning device, meters, joint flange & fittings, separators.This contract is expected to be implemented from 1 May 2018 to 28 February 2019 (10 months).The bid evaluation criteria shall be as following, in decreasing order of importance:Under the condition that the bidder is qualified for the requirements specified in the bidding documents, the lowest evaluated bid shall be accepted.1) Financial capability: The audited financial statements for the past 3 years (including the auditor’s reports, the balance sheets, the profit & loss sheets and the cash flow sheets). The bidder’s cumulative turnover should be no less than RMB 300 million (or equivalent in foreign currency) of the years of from 2014-2016, with profit each of these 3 years;2) Experience and technical capability: At least four (4) contracts, or
