the KfW Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and associated Services in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries (Document version January 2019, 3rd update from July 2024). The Project Executing Agency (PEA) of the Communal Infrastructure Program (CIP) II, Phase 3 – Republic of Armenia is the Armenian Territorial Development Fund (ATDF). The PEA has received financing from KfW toward the Procurement of Works for Water Supply Network, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Works Contract(s) for Procurement of Works within Lots 5A and 5B.
