�. This entails construction of new and upgrading of existing infrastructure in four (4) neighborhoods. The prioritised communities selected for improvement are Fortuna Ariba Phase 2, Tera Cora, Otrobanda, and Sapaté. The infrastructural works consist of, amongst others, newly to construct and/or improvement of existing access roads, sewerage, drainage, street lighting, pavements, the construction of above and below ground infrastructure for subsequently building of social housing by Fundashon Kas Popular, sport facilities, construction of a new waste water treatment plant (WWTP) and related works, recreational area, a multifunctional and child care centre.
