gence toolsDescriere: Finnish Customs invites tenders to participate tendering process regarding the purchase of digital forensics tools and Open Source Intelligence tools (OSINT). The procurement will be carried out as a joint procurement with two (2) contracting authorities involving; The Finnish Customs and The Finnish Border Guard. With this Invitation to participate Finnish Customs is providing the tenderers the basic material and data to submit a request to participate. The procurement will be carried out as a security procurement in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement in the Fields of Defence and Security (1531/2011).
