. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the framework agreement covers both one-way and round-trip flights. *Each route is individual lot in this Call for Tenders. Flights can be direct or include a layover. Layover flight means a flight connection between two locations that includes one layover, a train connection or other land transport connection. Flights can be year-round or seasonal. Seasonal flight means a direct or indirect flight connection between two locations which is not operated year-round but for at least three months of the year. The majority of travel occurs on weekdays (Monday to Friday). The most common departure time from Finland to international destinations is in the morning, with return flights to Finland in the evening. Weekend (Saturday-Sunday) flights and flights at different times of day are also used. The framework agreement does not cover on-demand or car
