The EU-Council of Europe Youth Partnership (hereinafter, Youth Partnership) is a co-operation programme between the European Commission and the Council of Europe in the field of youth since 1998. The activities of the Youth Partnership address the needs of young people and the wider youth field, the community of practice, including decision makers, government experts, youth researchers, youth work practitioners, youth organisations and young people.
