Building on the 2025 edition, the 17-19 June 2026 Democracy Hackathon in the Palais de l’Europe, Strasbourg (France), should take a next step to generate actionable insights and technology-driven approaches that will feed directly into the Pact’s consultation and thematic workstreams, supporting its ambition to deliver by the end of 2026 integrated and innovative solutions to address the current democratic backsliding. In that context, the Council of Europe is looking for Providers to provide event organisation, and travel services for the 2026 Hackathon to be held at the Palais de l’Europe, in Strasbourg, France on 17-19 June 2026 (over 2.5 days).
