he REB project will be implemented within the framework of EU-wide tenders in 9 lots. [Further project details are available in the appendix.] Subject of this notice are lot 4c and 4d. Lot 4c: The scope of delivery and services for Lot 4c includes the planning, delivery, installation, commissioning and product training of two 400/110kV grid transformers with associated ONAN/ONAF cooling systems for connecting the REB substation to the 380kV network of 50Hertz (location: Reuter West combined heat and power plant, Berlin). 400±32x1.22%/110kV (OLTC) 300MVA (360MVA) ONAN/ONAF Uk=16% Ynyn0 400kV – open air 110kV – open air The two grid transformers will be installed on designated foundations in open transformer boxes in the southern area of the Reuter Electrical Backbone (REB) building. The scope of delivery and services also includes two ETOS or equivalent transformer monitoring systems
