TenneT’s grid area covers large parts of Germany and the Netherlands and includes both onshore and offshore connections. As an operator of critical infrastructure, the security and reliability of the systems in use are of particular importance. The aim of this tender is to replace the central Phasor Data Concentrator (PDC) at TenneT TSO GmbH (TTG) with a new system supporting PDC functionality, data storage, offline WAMS applications, trend monitoring WAMS applications, and data exchange with external PDCs. The implementation is planned for approximately Q3/2026.
