design and construction of a workshop. The location of the workshop will be at Al Ghabawi landfill In the workshop the maintenance of specialised equipment for waste management (including, but not limited to, refuse collection vehicles, dump trucks, roll on roll off trucks, skip loaders, buses, water tankers, wheeled loaders, waste compactors and excavators) will be carried out. The maintenance is out of the scope of this tender.Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a grant from DFID is open to firms from all countries.
