fully resourced contractors, (the Contractor) to undertake facilitation of bridge access inspection works on a selected number of these bridges in the form of a variety of Mobile Elevated Working Platforms (MEWPS). The MEWP Access Inspections are planned for a number of bridge assets where normal access is prohibitive and will require suitable and safe traffic management. The successful Contractor must be able to supply appropriately qualified personnel to undertake the operation of the MEWPs and to prepare and implement appropriate site-specific traffic management plans. The project objective is to facilitate (via MEWP access) the establishment of the present condition of all exposed elements and parts of the bridge/structure and to assist the Irish Rail Bridge Inspector in recording of the results in such a way that the requirement for any further investigation or remedial works can b
