ies of large therapy rooms/gyms etc. in addition to new administration spaces to accommodate Enhanced Community Care consisting of Chronic Disease Management (CDM), Integrated Care Programme of Older Persons (ICPOP) and Community Health Network (CHN). The works will include installation of new fire rated glazed enclosures to the existing atrium space on 1st and 2nd floors. The works will include ancillary modifications and minor refurbishment in adjacent areas of existing Primary Care Centre. The mechanical works will include Strip out and safe and environmentally safe disposal of redundant services offsite serving the reconfiguration and refurbishment area (including any necessary works to retain live services passing through the fitout area to serve other areas, capping off existing supplies, valve diversion arrangements, etc.) Heating Services – Installation of new heating emitters
