suitably qualified providers, to draw up a short-list of candidates to be invited to tender for the above contract. It is emphasised that the information requested in this questionnaire is aimed solely at determining the suitability and choice of candidates for entry to the Tendering Stages. MEDITE SMARTPLY requirement is to select one or more suitably qualified service providers working within the energy sector with the view to include them in a tender process. The primary purpose is to form a strategic energy partnership to assist in the decarbonisation of their energy consumption through Innovative energy solutions using on-site energy services. These services will include but not limited to: 1. Strategic Energy Planning (tailored roadmap for the decarbonisation) 2. On-Site Energy Management Assistance 3. Feasibility of On-Site Renewable Energy 4. Team Development + Energy Awareness
