equired to form part of the integrated team are • Civil and Structural Engineering Services (CSE) • Architectural Services (AS). • Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services (MEP). • Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP). The first phase to be delivered under the developed master plan is to include the following works. • Mardyke Sports Grounds Facility o The resurfacing of the existing synthetic hockey pitch such that it will be converted into a recreational sporting facility, that can be sub-divided by netting. o New changing rooms adjacent the GAA pitch (circa 300m2) o New boat storage area (90m2) o Upgrading of the existing Floodlight lamp heads to LED. • Proposed UCC Sports Park o 2 synthetic soccer pitches, complete with floodlighting and perimeter fence, o 1 synthetic GAA pitch, complete with floodlighting, ball stop netting and perimeter fence, o 2 new water bas
