links to support the national transport network. There is also a third-party facility provided for the mobile network operators at defined locations on selected towers. It is the responsibility of IE to maintain a record of the masts and towers including all associated equipment and to certify that they are structurally sound and safe to climb. IE wishes to engage the services of a contractor to carry out regular inspections and necessary maintenance on the masts and towers.
