Ensuring state-of-the art materials and techniques are used, Filling knowledge gaps where they exist, and Implementing the research conclusions and integrating the research outputs in a timely and effective way. The research program covers all areas of TII responsibility including planning, design, construction, maintenance and operations. TII523: Open Research Call 2026 consists of two lots: Lot 1: Consideration of total cost and total value of environmental factors in transport infrastructure projects.
