Tenderers shall inspect the existing building, verify dimensions and levels on site, and allow for protection, temporary support, alteration, making good and integration with existing structure, floors, services, roof and drainage. The works comprise proposed alterations and extension works to the existing ICBF Shed 3 building. The drawings (APPENDIX A) indicate new slatted tanks, and platform works within/adjacent to the existing shed arrangement, retention of an existing passageway, methane box platforms, agitation points, a lean-to over the crush area, rubber slat mats, slurry aeration system, and alterations to raise the ridge and overall roof height.
