The works consist of the following 1. Erection of protective fencing and maintenance of same during construction - all existing site vegetation to be retained and protected 2. Construction of the following a. Approximately 1.3km of new paths with mainly asphalt surface b. North Entrance off Curragh Road Pedestrian: paving pathways and steps in granite and concrete new retaining structures and railings new planting bed with shrubs, perennial and semi-mature pine trees Historic 'Princess Grace' railings to be repaired and restored offsite in accordance with Conservation Architects' specification. c.
