The nature of the business in Limerick Education Support Centre is dynamic and fluid. This has an impact upon the level of catering required on a day-to-day basis. There are occasions and time-periods throughout the year when the requirement for catering services is very high and other periods where this is low or zero. The high demand coincides mainly with days that schools are operational. Examples of low or zero time-periods include, but are not limited to; school holidays, public holidays and other ‘quiet periods’ in the run-in to school holidays.
