n typology of compound non-standard employment—a concept reflecting multiple, overlapping forms of job insecurity—and to analyse its prevalence, evolution, and socio-economic consequences across Member States since 2010. Using microdata from EU-wide surveys (EU-LFS, EU-SILC, SES, EWCS), the contractor will (1) construct a robust typology, (2) examine job creation patterns and structural changes in the labour market, (3) assess the impact of non-standard employment on income, economic vulnerability and access to social protection, and (4) analyse job quality and working conditions.
