Estates Department. Schedule of services: Tender for Provision of Campus Cleaning and Recycling Collection Service, these items include but are not restricted to. • A managed waste service to align the global waste on Campus so that it reflects the University Green Flag position. • A seven day a week service. • The supply maintenance and operation of vehicles to maintain this contract. • Ensure that waste compounds and compactor areas are kept waste free and clean at all times. • Campus roads, paths and bike paths to be swept and kept clean. • Carparks to be kept clean and maintained to a high standard. • Plazas steps and all courtyards to be cleaned. • Living bridge to be cleaned. • Power washing requirements. • Signage to be cleaned. • Out-door bins to be cleaned and serviced each quarter. • Bollards to be cleaned. • Bike shelters to be kept clean and power w
