and the successful tenderer, to be known as “the Concessionaire.” The Concessionaire will be appointed under a single-party framework agreement and will be responsible for the operation, management and development of Saol Café, the University’s Social Enterprise Café located in the ILAS Building, together with the provision of associated hospitality catering services.
