tify an Economic Operator to act as a Development Partner to work in collaboration with the Council, to identify the optimal solution for Council owned lands within the adopted Clonburris SDZ located at Kishoge Urban Centre (SDCC Site 06), subsectors KUC-S1, KUC-S2 and KUC-S3 in compliance with the adopted SDZ and the Council’s requirements. The Council’s vision is to deliver a sustainable, high quality neighbourhood for Kishogue Urban Centre as Phase 6 of the Clonburris Development. These social, affordable and cost rental homes will be delivered in accordance with the following supporting national and local policies; Clonburris Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme, South Dublin County Council Development Plan 2022-2028, Housing For All; A new Housing Plan for Ireland 2030, Housing delivery Action Plan 2022-2026 The development site has an estimated capacity for approximately
