IDP’s vision, mission and key strategic goals align with current needs, emerging trends, policy contexts and new developments across Ireland and Europe. IDP requires that the successful tenderer will undertake a review of the previous strategy and workplans — progress made, successes, challenges — and use this to inform the process and the consultations. Having developed a methodology for this work, the successful tenderer will scope existing approaches that are working well, what needs to change or adapt and highlight new opportunities or areas of work.
